Can you provide more details regarding the issue like some error messages or any other detail?

When I clicked on Matlab online, it directed to the page that said ( your account is not linked to a license that includes matlab online) last time I used it last Monday.

Have a look at this answer for fixes related to your problem. If nothing works, do talk to your university for the license issue and contact the MathWorks support.
