Obtain x-values from a 3-d plot

Hi. I got a 3-d curve but I am not sure how to get the x-value when i input y and z-values. I know fnval can input x and y and get z but i dont know how to use in this case. Should I change the coordinates of the plot to get the values? Thx.

You have a variety of ways to achieve this. As of now have a look on knnsearch with (y,z) points as inputs,,, you will get the indices and then use it for x.
