Cut wav file

Hello, I am a beginner with matlab. I have a amount of 100wav files. Each wav file is a conversation between two persons. I need to cut each file from one endpoint to another (separate speech of each person)and save those files in a folder. I need your help with a matlab script which can help me to do this task. Or any idea which can help. Thanks in advance.
