Deployment of MATLAB in ASP.NET application,problem in hosting at IIS (local server).

I created an application in C# visual studio 2008 in .net framework 3.5 displaying graph plotted in MATLAB .Project is working properly in Visual studio but when I am publishing this project and hosting it through IIS at my local server,I am not getting any errors, project is running successfully,but the graph is not popping up when I click the button in application. Can anyone help me in this matter?
