OS X JxBrowser AWT-AppKit Thread Window

Hi everyone,
recently I discovered an empty "window" titled JxBrowser AWT-AppKit Thread Window when I call the OS X App Exposé for Matlab 2013a. My OS X version is 10.8.4.
Can anyone explain that?
