Amplitude and Phase Fourier Spectrum - SPtool/Signal Analyzer app

Hello.

Can anyone tell me if it is possible to obtain magnitude and phase spectrum as a function of frequency, using SPtool or Signal Analyzer app? In SPtool i am able to obtain magnitude and spectrum in time domain, I'm now interested in frequency domain.
