Transfer function fit estimate

I generated a transfer function based on some data using the tfest, and I obtained a 97% fit. But when plotted together to compare I obtain the following:

Where the simulation line is the original data and TF_est is the estimated transfer function. To me that doesn't seem like a 97% fit, am I missing something?

I’m not certain exactly what you’re plotting. I always use the compare function to see how closely the estimated system matches the data used to characterise it.
