Using the Matlab Student Version to programme a TI TMS 320C6713 DSP

Hi, I have a project at University where I need to program a Texas Instruments DSP. I would like to do this via Matlab if possible, I know with the full version this is possible via the Code Generator Toolbox and TI Code Composer software, but is the toolbox available for the student version of Matlab as I can't see it on the website??? Is there anyway to program TI DSP via the student version???
