How to embed a .mat file into a Simulink model

I am using the 'initial state' to start my model (in the model configuration setup). So, there are at least two files in my directory, one is the model, the other one is the .mat file.

Is there a way that I can combine them as one file? All the data contained in the .mat file are embeded in this Simulink model.
