I was wondering if I have a transfer function (z), how I can I write a code that plots the realization diagram cascade as shown in figure below.

What does "plots the realization diagram cascade" mean? Actually draw the diagram somehow?

Simulink has a host of commands (doc page) that can be used to create and edit block diagrams.
