A heatmap chart is just a way to display data using colors to show a general pattern of high and low data values. So I'm not sure what you mean by "physical meaning".

I meant how radar convert captured image fourier transform to heatmap. Also, what azimuth and elevation angles limit on axis of the following heatmap image are meaning?
