PIL testing with Simulink using eZdsp F28335

Hello everyone!
I'm testing the PIL simulation with Matlab/Simulink using external board eZdsp F28335.
I'm using only the USB connector showing in the attached figure.
I get the following message error

The problem has been solved by using RS 332 cable for the serial communication interface, and the USB cable for the debugging code under the eZdsp F28335.
