Making a mat file raster readable arcGIS

Hi,

I have a text file/ascii file size 561*561 that contains rain radar data (including zero values) which I read and now it is a . mat file. I don't have it with the necessary header to read as a raster, but have the following data in another text file:

NCOLS 561

NROWS 561

XLLCORNER -97889

YLLCORNER 376654

CELLSIZE 1000

NODATA_VALUE -999

How can I add this data to the ascii/first text file in prder it will be readable as a raster?
