How do I resolve a MATLAB installer fail with missing file

The problem raised after 100% download R2020b. When the install process at 74% shows that 'missing file', and 'C:\Program Files\MATLAB\R2020b\bin\win64\d3dcompiler_47.dll (access denied)'. So what should I do? Sould I create manually the file folder ‘d3dcompiler_47.dll’ in ‘C:\Program Files\MATLAB\R2020b\bin\win64’?

I guess, that your anti virus software blocks the compiler. Check its log files and try to disable it temporarily.
Thank you for your reply. I closed the antio virus software, and the problem solved.

After the problem was solve by a comment, I copy the suggestion into the section for answers:
Disable the virus protection software during the installation, becaue it can misinterprete the file of the compiler.
