Electric vehicle charging station using hybrid boost converter

I have been trying to design a 100kw Electric vehicle charging unit using Hybrid boost converter with output voltage 600v for an input voltage of 300v. The design values are

Power of the system= 100KW

input voltage= 300V

input current = 333.33A

Input incuctance, L=150mh

Output capacitance, C=3220uf

Switching frequency= 5Khz

Output voltage=600V

DC output power=100KW

I have used 180 degree 3 phase voltage inverter to switch the MOSFETs.

But the i'm getting totally different values

Please help me with this issue.
