My deployed MAC OS-X app using 2020a has missing toolbars

I creted an app using standard toolbars and custom icons with GIF images. I have tried it on two machines both using Big Sur OS-X version 10.3.1. One machine works fine and the other the toolbar is missing. They both are using the same app launcher and the proper runtime library.
