change the default installation folder in deployed application

when making a standalone executable in Windows. In order to run correctly, I need the executable to be installed in a specific folder rather than in "...\Program Files\...". Actually the application copies files internally so if the folder needs administrative rights, the application cannot copy these files

Two options are present : %ProgramFiles% or %AppData% but cannot find a way to edit the default to something other than one of these two. I
