Why do I receive Internal error for simscape multibody link plug-in for Autodesk Inventor?

I want to import CAD file to simscape multibody from Autodesk Inventor. So I tried to install the plug-in.

I followed instructions given by the documentation but when I run

>> install_addon('smlink.r2021a.win64.zip')

I get this error:

Error using install_addon (line 52)

An internal error has occurred.

How can I fix this issue?

You need to run your MATLAB as administrator.

Please run MATLAB as administrator. That will most likely fix the problem. If that doesn't work, please contact Technical Support.

Thank you. Everything is compiling now, but simscape Add-in doesn't appear in Autodesk Inventor.
