HAVE PROBLEM IN LOADING DATA

hello everybody. i am doing a code on PCA, and have to load data to run the code,but i can not! i did what ever i think was the solution.first,made a file of data i wanted to work on,save it in the folder of the code,and add a 'load'line in my PCA function code,but it doesnt work yet.can any body help me please?

What format is your data file in? Please show all lines of headers and at least one line of data.
