Matlab R2021a has an exception after the installation and when I try to open it

I installed the Matlab R2021a but when I try to open it, an exception occurs.
The first one is: MATLAB.exe has triggered a breakpoint.
When I continue the debugging in Visual Studio 2029, and other exception appears:
Exception thrown at 0x00007FF6BD7AC853 in MATLAB.exe: 0xC0000005: Access violation reading location 0x00007FF6CC640100.
Anyone can help me, please?
