could anyone help me how to find the difference between two cell arrays

I am having two cell arrays A and B

A= 5x1 cell 
B= 5x1 cell

here A is

10x2 double
10x2 double
10x2 double
10x2 double
10x2 double

B is

10x2 double
10x2 double
10x2 double
10x2 double
10x2 double

Now I want to find the difference of each value present in first column of A with first column of B and second column of A with second column of B for all 10x2 double.

Could anyone please help me on this.

C=cellfun(@minus,A,B,'UniformOutput',false);
