How to comput error mertix (NSE, Bias , RMSE ) between 3D mat file using boxplot in matlab ?

Well, you'll have to explain your terms, first...and what "between 3D mat file" means, specifically.

As @dpb suggests, it would really be best if you gave a more complete explanation. This is not twitter, and there is no advantage to keeping your question so short.
But I'll make a couple guesses. I assume "mertix" was meant to be "matrix". I know what bias and RMSE are in the context of a fitted model, but it's unclear what you mean here.
I'm also guessing that NSE refers to Nash-Sutcliffe efficiency. I don't think there is a built-in MATLAB function for that, but it looks like you might have some luck on the file exchange, for example with this submission.
So, please give us more detail, and perhaps we can help, instead of just guessing at what you need.
