Finding Weight Vectors in ANN

a=(a1,a2,...,aN)

If "a" is the output of a ANN, then how can I find the corresponding weights ,i.e, w=(w1,w2,...,wN)?

and if possible can you also tell me how can I use lagrange multiplier and combine the outputs, if I have another output of vector "b"?
