If you are using Microsoft Windows as your operating system, your system information can be obtained using the Windows System Profiler.
To use the Windows System Profiler:
1. Download 'profiler.exe':
2. Run "profiler.exe" once it has been saved to your computer.
3. The MathWorks System Profiler will start, and display all the configuration information of your system.
4. Use File > Save to save a copy of this information as a text document.

At least with Windows, this method does not include all of the requested information (like OpenGL and other graphics info). Depending on what you are looking for, the command:
!systeminfo
may suffice.
