I would like to change the font size of text in my mask icon with Mask Drawing commands such as DISP.

You can change the font size of text in a mask icon with mask drawing commands and TeX formatting.

For example, in the Icon pane of the Mask Editor, you may use the following code in the Mask Drawing field:
