Join our Data Strategy & Management team to design first-class analytics solutions using state-of-the-art cloud data warehouse tools. You will establish strong relationships with internal stakeholders in Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Customer Support to understand their needs and requirements. As an analyst in the Data Warehouse team, you will immerse yourself in the data and processes to design efficient, high-quality software that provides high-value to our business.

Responsabilidades

  • Immerse yourself in MathWorks data and business processes to gain a greater understanding of the company’s analytical needs
  • Work with our internal stakeholders to gather business requirements, develop user stories, data mappings, and other artifacts that support solution design, development and testing
  • Work across the organization to prioritize requests
  • Coordinate testing efforts with quality engineers to ensure solutions meet user requirements
  • Ensure the team’s backlog aligns with business priorities
  • Identify and implement process improvements and waste reduction efforts
  • Easily communicate complex ideas using your exceptional written and verbal communication skills

Cualificaciones mínimas

  • Proficiency with SQL
  • A bachelor's degree and 6 years of professional work experience (or a master's degree and 3 years of professional work experience, or equivalent experience) is required.
  • Visa sponsorship will not be provided for this position.
  • Candidates for this position must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis for any employer without restriction.

Cualificaciones adicionales

  • Demonstrated experience with requirements gathering
  • Experience in data warehousing methodologies
  • Experience designing big data solutions
  • Experience with data modeling tools such as erwin, ER/Studio, etc.
  • Working knowledge of Snowflake, dbt and Informatica, Power BI, and Tableau
  • Experience with Microsoft SQL Server or comparable database platforms
  • Experience with Agile software development and JIRA
