The MathWorks Corporate Social Media Specialist will enhance growth and engagement across the MathWorks and MATLAB social media platforms and our employee advocacy program. The primary role will be to create engaging content for technical audiences aligned with MathWorks business, human resources (HR), and diversity, equity & inclusion (DEI) objectives.

Responsabilidades

  • Creating dynamic social content in support of MathWorks marketing campaigns
  • Basic administration of select social channels
  • Monitoring social trends to build timely and relevant social content to increase technical audience engagement
  • Scheduling and publishing video content across various social media platforms
  • Engaging with the MathWorks community through comments and messages on social media platforms
  • Analyze social campaign performance, create stakeholder reporting, and recommend countermeasures and optimization strategies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional groups to develop social strategies that are compliant with MathWorks brand guidelines and engage our highly technical audience

Cualificaciones mínimas

  • A bachelor's degree and 3 years of professional work experience (or a master's degree, or equivalent experience) is required.
  • Candidates for this position must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis for any employer without restriction.
  • Visa sponsorship will not be provided for this position.

Cualificaciones adicionales

  • B2B tech social media marketing experience
  • Strong expertise in leveraging video content to drive engagement and growth on LinkedIn and Instagram
  • Experience with major Advocacy platforms (e.g., Hootsuite, Postbeyond, Sprinklr, and Everyone Social)
  • Experience developing engaging video and graphics with tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar software
  • Experience working with common social media management tools and platforms, such as Sprinklr
  • Deep understanding of social media platforms, trends, and engagement best practices
  • Demonstrated ability to create engaging video and graphic content that resonates with target audiences to enhance brand visibility and engagement across platforms
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with cross-disciplinary marketing teams
  • Ability to gather and apply feedback from internal MathWorks stakeholders
  • Capable of working independently within a global organization
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
  • Experience executing social media strategies for a B2B or engineering audience
  • Experience in scripting, storyboarding, and producing high-quality video content
