As an Enterprise Sales Project Manager (PM) at MathWorks, you will be responsible for providing support for our worldwide sales organization in moving our strategic accounts to our Enterprise license offering.This role directly contributes to scalability and efficiency gains for both MathWorks and our customers and impacts the overall customer experience.

Responsabilidades

The Enterprise Sales PM will help accelerate revenue growth of our Enterprise business. This is a highly visible position that requires building close relationships with senior staff members across the organization.  A successful candidate will have demonstrated the ability to proactively and effectively work together with cross functional teams as well as have meticulous attention to detail.

  • Become immersed in the existing Enterprise Sales Process
  • Educate the Sales organization on the process
  • Work closely with worldwide cross functional groups to alleviate any friction in the process
  • Manage each Enterprise Account as a project; therefore, be able to show progress, next steps, risks and follow up on any action items with the enterprise selling team
  • Schedule all internal enterprise meetings and facilitate as needed
  • Obtain and provide status updates on all Enterprise Accounts on a weekly basis
  • Identify, escalate and mitigate issues that may compromise success
  • Maintain our internal site structure with relevant artifacts to reduce friction for internal teams
  • Create and update process documentation and training materials as needed
  • Adapt and implement the changes to the Enterprise Sales Process

Cualificaciones mínimas

  • A bachelor's degree and 3 years of professional work experience (or a master's degree, or equivalent experience) is required.
  • Candidates for this position must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis for any employer without restriction.
  • Visa sponsorship will not be provided for this position.

Cualificaciones adicionales

  • Interest in and ability to work flexible hours 2 days per week to support international staff based in the Asia-Pacific region
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple assignments
  • Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to drive consensus keeping business goals at the center of negotiations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Outgoing, highly organized, persistent, and tenacious; able to deal with uncertainty and change
  • Comfortable interacting with all levels of management
  • Strong customer (internal and external) focus
  • Experience in software enterprise sales, customer success or sales operations
  • Master’s degree in technical, business or finance
  • Experience with CRM Systems (salesforce.com preferred)
  • Experience with Jira
  • Experience with MATLAB and/or Simulink products
