We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Workday Analyst to join our HRIS team in our Natick headquarters to help advance our Workday roadmap.

As

Utilize your functional knowledge and analytical skills to support, recommend, develop and improve our HR system and reporting capabilities. Responsabilidades

  • Workday Administration: Manage and maintain the Workday HRIS, including system configuration, security, and reporting. Ensure the system is optimized to support HR processes and business needs.

  • Data Integrity and Reporting: Ensure data accuracy and integrity within the Workday system. Develop, generate, and maintain reports and dashboards to support HR and business operations.

  • System Enhancements: Collaborate with HR, various business areas, and IT teams to identify and implement system enhancements and process improvements. Lead projects related to system upgrades, implementations, and integrations with other systems.

  • Project Management: Lead and manage HRIS-related projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives. Develop project plans, timelines, and manage resources effectively.

  • Requirements Gathering: Work closely with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for new initiatives and system enhancements. Translate business needs into technical specifications and system configurations and solutions.

  • User Support and Training: Provide technical support and guidance to HR team members and end-users. Develop and deliver training materials and sessions to enhance user proficiency and system adoption.

  • Compliance and Security: Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and company policies. Maintain system security and user access controls.

  • Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution: Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve system issues promptly. Liaise with Workday support and external vendors as necessary.

Cualificaciones mínimas

  • A bachelor's degree and 10 years of professional work experience (or equivalent experience) is required.
  • Visa sponsorship will not be provided for this position.
  • Candidates for this position must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis for any employer without restriction.

Cualificaciones adicionales

  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Workday HCM modules, including core HCM, payroll, benefits, absence, compensation, talent and performance, reporting, and security. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage complex data sets.  Experience with Power BI a plus.


  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.

  • Project Management:  Proven experience in overseeing projects from planning through execution to delivery. Skilled in using tools like Jira for effective work management, including task creation and management, progress tracking, priority setting, and leveraging Jira dashboards and reports to boost team productivity and transparency.

  • Software Development Lifecycle: Experience with the complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) including requirements gathering, design, development and testing. 

  • Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
