To install matlab 2011 from data in harddisk

I have windows matlab 2011 data in the harddisk. Its size is 4.83Gb, so I can't write it in ordinary DVD. I tried to install it by setup.exe, but it prompt as "This installer must run from disk#1"
Can anyone suggest me to solve this problem?
