Look up Table based Lens Distortion Correction

Hi,

I would like to know the possibilities of using the Lens Distortion Look up table values to correct my distorted image rather than using the camera params or intrisics K1,K2 values. I have seen methods to convert the Lens coefficients to look up tables before but not sure how this works in reverse though. Hope someone can answer this one.
