Step Response Initial Value Unchangeable?

Hello,
On control system designer there is a box shaded out for the initial value of the step response plot? Is it possible to change this value - or why has it been included but greyed out?

Try changing the Design requirement type option from menu bar above to different one. Currently it is step response bound
See if the initial value parameter field box is activated

Further, the final value and rise time seem to be set to same value, try changing them too something more meaningful

In the "Design Requirements" documentation, it is explained that the fields are greyed out because step response plots always use an Initial value and a Step time of 0. Therefore, there are no options available in this menu. Generally, the initial value shouldn't affect the controller tuning for linear systems. You can find more information in the following link:
