It's only white text on black background:
- Syntax isn't highlighted.
- There's no indication for a selected text.
There wasn't an issue in earlier versions.

Hi @Zohar
MATLAB Desktop doesn't fully support the high contrast mode. However, it is possible to opt out of the high contrast mode for the MATLAB Editor only through the following workaround:-
1. Close MATLAB.
2. Locate your MATLAB installation. On Windows this will likely be at 'C:\Program Files\MATLAB\R2023b'.
3. Replace the contents in 'C:\Program Files\MATLAB\R2023b\toolbox\matlab\editor\application\index.html' file with the attached "index" file.
4. Open MATLAB.
5. Open an Editor tab and the syntax highlighting should work as expected.

Hi @Zohar, I had missed to attach the file, which I have now attached to the answer. Sorry about that.
