Possible to obtain ultra wide band monostatic radar model?

How can I make an ultra wide band model, for a monostatic radar?

There is a wideband radar example at

Using similar technique you should be able to extend to ultra wideband case. However the computation may be expensive in such a model since you would need higher sampling rate. Do you have a specific example you want to model?
