Coefficient and Formatting Help

I am looking for help on MATLAB bisics and just how to get started on an assignment given to me. I am learning as I go but i wanted to see what help i could recieve here and learn how to post questions for future reference. Here is he equation and the first task to my assignment

" Write a Matlab script to calculate the coefficients of ?0,?1,?2, and ?0. Run your Matlab script and display the coefficients in the Command Window. The coefficients will also be available in the workspace."

I do hope the image appeared correctly please let me know if it did not.

I want to know the format for entering that equation into MATLAB. The lowercase omega and "v" symbol represent numbers that dont specifically have a calculated value per the paper and I was unsure of the way to enter them into MATLAB or how to give them some value.

I dont wish for anyone to do my work for me just to point me in the right direction. I think my biggest issue is the basics on matlab and formatting. any help or further questions are welcomed. I didnt post the whole assignment but if more details are needed ill gladly provide them.
